Our guest will share tips on how to decrease the pain without medications!


Dr. Janice C Brown, MD, DABMA, MPH is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). It was the one specialty that allowed her to see patients get better and back on their feet. However, since her passion has always been to guide people to better health and a better quality of life, she knew that she needed more than what Eastern medicine could offer. She pursued a board certification in Medical Acupuncture in 2011 and have since incorporated Acupuncture in her practice.


After about 10 years as an Attending Physician, she had an β€œah-hah” moment. She recognized that it was people’s thoughts and belief systems that were holding them back from achieving better health; they were contributing to their ongoing symptoms of disease. Down the rabbit hole of Life Coaching she went and never looked back. Today, she blends all her knowledge and skills into Life Coaching where she helps people lose weight permanently, decrease their pain, and increase their energy level amongst other things.
